Homework week 1

For the students who left early, this week's homework is an essay explaining the skills needed to be successful in your dream job. Try to think of at least two, and be as detailed as possible with your supporting evidence. I'll try and check your writings while on vacation.

This is the teacher's blog for Spring 1 Test Prep Writing.
We will be using the blogs for two types of writing. Each week, at the beginning of class you will be asked to write about your week. You might want to write about something that happened to you, or maybe about some news story you heard and how you felt about it. You could inform us about something that happened in your country during the week, or maybe explain if there was a special festival or holiday in your culture this week.I will ask you to read your classmates' blogs and make comments and ask questions. We don't want to read.... Monday went to work. Tuesday went to work. Wednesday it rained...etc. Your weekly writing will count for 10% of your final grade.
We will also be using the blogs to write our essays each week for homework. Your 3 best essasys will be included as your three assessment grades.
